What is the name of your state? Georgia

If anyone can point me to a site where there is a template or good example of a request to the court to file an injunction against a website, I would appreciate it.

My name and address have continued to appear on 2 websites where the people posting are anonymous. The other posters type lies about me and the website administrator allows it to stay. Just today, a couple people said they wanted to kill me. I don't even post on that website. They have over the period of a year caused signifigant damage to me personally and professionslly. I only want for the postings to stop.

So I have been told to ask the court to step in and that they can order an injunction. I am going o handle it pro-se. I just need something to go by. I live in a small town and the courts do not have any forms available for this type of thing.

Thanks

At the top of this page you can click on "Legal Forms." In the "search" box, type in "injunction" and enter "Georgia" for the name of your state. You will be able to locate forms here.

I am surprised your local court, even if small, does not have forms available, but FreeAdvice makes it easy to download what you need.

Make sure you have print-outs of the material appearing on the websites. You must be able to demonstrate to the court the need for the injunction before it will be issued.

Good luck! :)
