I am being Prosecuted on Drug charges. I lost custody of my daughter 4/03
but regained Full custody back in 2/05. I am now awaiting for my trial to take place, so my ? is, what do i need to do to make sure that my daughter is able to live with her older sister in the invent that i am convicted an sentenced to some Prison time? My daughter is 15 years of age. There is no need for the Dept. of Family Services to get involved again is there?

You can have your attorney prepare guardianship paperwork for your sister to have custody of your daughter if convicted. DFS can get involved in any event if they want.
