If she KNOWINGLY lied in order to get the temp custody order, then she can be found guilty of filing a false court document or perjury (I think) because when you sign the document, you're promising that the information contained within is true to the best of your knowledge.
HOWEVER, unless you have proof that she was LYING, and not just incorrect, you may have a hard time convincing the judge. And, unless whatever she 'lied' about was THE deciding factor in issuing the order, the judge may not even really care.
