this is for california;
i need to know if there is a way to get immediate temporary custody of my son. he is 13 yrs. old and in late january of this year his mother kicked him out of the house. he has been living with me since then, but last week he went to visit his mother and she found out i was filing for custody of him and she now refuses to let him come back to my house. he needs to go to summer school or he will be held back in the 8th grade. the summer school where she lives has already started. he has had alot of problems in school because of the way she treats him and i'm afraid that if he is held back because of this he will have even more problems. please let me know what i need to do.
