What is the name of your state? Arkansas
Does a temporary guardianship (90 days) over an adult give that guardian the
right to sell, discard, etc. the ward's personal and real property? If this is
happening, and it is not allowed, what should be done?

As asked in your other thread, why is this any of YOUR business?

Temporary guardianship

But, you are available for advice. Why then, do you have to be so smug?
I came to your website because I need information. I suspect that a neighbor
is being abused through a temporary guardianship, therefore, I am
wanting to know what power a temporary guardian has. This family has
had their house completely emptied, all belongings destroyed or given away
as though they had died. Temporary guardianship was given on Monday and
the followiing day, all of their possessions were gone without them knowing
anything about what was going on. This seems very cruel and inhumane to do
someone this way. These people are good neighbors who have worked long and
hard for what they have. They don't deserve to be treated with such comtempt.
I guess, then, to answer your question as to what business it is of mine. I care
about these people and I believe they need some help.

This is none of your business. It is a matter of the duties and responsibilites of the court appointed guardian who reports to the court and no one else. When others do not understand exactly what a guardian must do, they do not understand what guardians have the legal authority to do that is granted by the court.

Your suspicions are totally unfounded.

So, you don't know what a guardian has to do.
These people are good neighbors who have worked long and hard for what they have. They don't deserve to be treated with such comtempt.

These neighbors have been declared incompetent. They have the help of the court who appointed a guardian to do a job and report to the court, no one else - including you. The guardian has done nothing wrong.

Temporary guardian

Shows what you know. I talked to a judge today and the temporary guardian
does not have the right to discard or sell anythhing until a full hearing is held.
So, your advice and obviously your knowledge is worthless.

butt out. :)
Yeah, right...you talked to a judge.

You have absolutely no idea what the court has allowed the temporary guardian to do immediately upon appointment in the guardian's court orders. You have no idea whether the hearing was held right after the appointment of the guardian or even the next morning. Temporary guardians have the same rights given to them as a guardian that is not a temporary appointment.

Go ahead and start something. You'll be at the mercy of the court for interfering with the guardian who not only can take you to court for butting in something that is not your business, and who can issue a restaining order against you. You know absolutely NOTHING about guardian law.
