What is the name of your state?

If a person obtains temporary legal guardianship, does he have the right
to dispose of personal belongings, automobiles, or real estate of the
ward while they are in a hospital or nursing home?
This person lives in Texas and has just got legal guardianship of someone
in Arkansas. He is already going through his belongings and throwing things
away, etc.
