temporary physical placement order

we live in wisconsin, the court ordered my boyfriend temp physical placement, now, that the divorce is going on, she has decided to dispute the agreement,she wants the physical placement of the girls. his lawyer has appointed a gaurdian ad litem to the case. my boyfriend, has left a paper trail such as the ex, not getting the girls on time, drinking while she has the girls, dropping off the girls at a babysitter when she would go out drinking, she also would call and tell us that she cannot afford to buy food, and if we would drop some food off for her. this month, she will be losing her car also. she just cannot afford to keep the girls on a full time basis. does she have a chance getting physical placement of the girls?

There is always a chance.. but all things being equal, then no. The biggest plus for your friend is that he currently has temp physical custody. There must have been a good reason for that..
