What is the name of your state? ca
just on june 1st, i began workin for a company that supplies attendants to the mess halls on mlitary bases...on my 1st day, i was told they didnt have time to train me...my 2nd day all the way though the 1st week, i'd do what they told me, and was told constantly i was "f***'ing up everything"...last week ,i went to my company and explained, and they said they'd look i nto it...saturday, i went to work, and they super started messing with me again, so i told her i was done, that i was leaving and couldnt handle everything(seems petty, but trust me its alot to me)and that on monday when my company opened, i'd go explain to them what happened...i was put on temporary suspension for leaving the building w/o permission...and my company said they'd have to investigate before they could determine i could/couldnt work with them...i claimed some racial discrimintaion(i'm the absolutely only white person at all, and was told by everyone that the others would find a way to get me fired, as they thought i was "taking their hours"...what can i do about this? i cannot afford to sit around waiting on an answer, and feel it is messed up i was suspended, even though my company already knew what was going on and that i was having problems with this...i havent finished my probationary perid, so i have no union rep yet...
