I had recieved several auto violations ten years ago for no insp. no insurance, no plates. I never took care of fines and I never was notified of any thing for ten years. now the sherrif/constable is calling telling me he has several warrants for my arrest. My drivers licence has been suspended also during all of this time for these violations. I do not drive, I am gainfully employed and I now have a family and many responciblities. I also turned over my licence ten years ago. I live in the state of Pensylvania. I would like to know if the statue of limitations is up on thse tickets or if there is any such thing, in my case. I also never went to court over them either. do I have t pay these fines?
