hey this is a question regarding whether a tenant can charge a subtenant money for being dirty and for cleaning up after the subtenant while they were living in the apartment together. Although it says on the contract they might be charged, the terms are rediculous and no exact amount was specified. any questions about the case, i will answer. thanks
