What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? WV

I have a tenant that is getting taxes back and wants to pay all past due rent plus so many months ahead of time. I already went through the court process for eviction and the time is up and they still have not moved out yet. Am I allowed to accept all the past due rent plus money for advanced rent for so many months or am I required to follow through with the court order to evict them calling the police to do so? How long do I have to call police to help me evict tenant after the tenant's deadline is up? Not sure if the tenant is stalling or telling the truth but would hate to lose thousands if it was only a matter of a few days. Tenant paid me past due rent plus months ahead last year when income tax return came but am uncertain whether they are going to this time around.

Once upon a time, a Scorpion wanted to cross the river. We all know Scorpions cannot swim, and will drown in water. A lazy Crocodile was surfing along the river bank. The Scorpion called to the Crocodile, "Hey, Crokie, give me a lift across the river!" "No way, Jose!" replied the wise Crocodile! "Why?" asked the Scorpion. "Well, everybody knows, Scorpions sting people, and it is poisonous!" shot back the Crocodile! "Oh, no! No!" said the Scorpion, who was anxious to cross the river. "Everybody knows that Scorpions are afraid of water, and we cannot swim and we will drown!" replied the Scorpion, "Why would I do such a stupid thing!". The Crocodile thought for a while, and realized it was true! "He will die, if he stings me!" He thought! So he asked the Scorpion to hop on his back. Half-way across the river, the Crocodile felt the deadly painful sting from the Scorpion. His last words, "Hey, why did you do that?" "Sorry, I just couldn't help it, I am a Scorpion!" replied the Scorpion as he drowns in the water.

So, tell me, how many times do you need to be stung to learn your lesson?

You can either enforce the eviction order or not. If you make an agreement to allow the tenant to stay, if you should choose to evict the tenant for whatever reason, you would have to go through the entire process again.
