What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Indiana

My tenant has moved out and has given me the key to the apartment. She has left some property and I don't expect her to return since she stuck me for a month's rent. The items she left are an end table, lamp, old tires, cleaning supplies, odds & ends - nothing of great value.
Am I allowed to dispose of the items she left in the apartment? I can't show it until I get her belongings out of the house & carport.
Thanks again!
