Hello, I own a condo and my property management company has given notice to my tenants. They are to be out of the condo on January 15.
Since receiving notice that I was not renewing the lease, they have not paid rent (No rent for November, December)
The tenants have made no contact with neither me nor the Property Mangement company. My fear is that they will not move out on time. Another issue is that I've recentely found out that the tenant (husband) is wanted in another county on 3 felony charges.

What do I do if they don't move out? Can I ask for a civil standby when I go over there? (I'm afraid!) How do I get them out?
Thanks

Why didn't your property mgmt. company begin actual eviction proceedings in November?
