first of all i live in california
i feel i am being harrassed by my landlord and her staff because i am running may washing machine when it is feasible for me. they are telling me i can not run my machine because it is disturbing my neighbor downstairs and they want to kick me out if not now after my lease is up. i have asked them to fix the machine because it is their machine, they have been out but i still makes the noise which is not very loud anyway. can they tell me when i can wash my clothes and do i not have the right to wash my clothes since i do pay for the rental of the washer and dryer. they started this harrassment on the 8th of january
