What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? FL

My husband and I own a mobile home on rented property. Since we're paying for the home, the mobile home firm that sold it to us is listed on our homeowner's insurance as the co-insured. However, our property landlord insists that they be listed as the co-insured for 'tenant liability insurance'. Our insurance company has never heard of listing two co-insureds and basically says we're fine as we are. We have what the landlord requires -- $100,000 in personal liability coverage (and I think I'm correct in assuming this is the same as 'tenant liability') -- except it isn't in their name. Do we have a problem here? Thanks.
