Tenant contracted to get landscaping work done to single family house and misrepresented self to contractor as the owner. Tenant never paid. Tenant also in arrears with rent. Contractor has now placed lien on the house. Is the lien valid? Who can the Contractor sue to get money? Owner about to evict tenant for non-payment of rent, and now this lien comes to light.
