I am currently renting a home in Indiana and I have a good reason to believe that the property is in danger of being foreclosed on. If in fact this does happen, what rights do I have as a renter? Does whoever holds the mortgage on the property have to honor my lease, or can they just make me move out??Please help!

Thanks for posting on the correct forum. I responded to the auto forum but wa locked out.
Anyway, you lease is not secured when there is a foreclosure. The foreclosure Trustee or Commissoner can simply get a court order to terminate your lease and force you to move out.
