hello, i live in birmingham, alabama as a tenant, on last friday a strom came thru and did some damage, my landlord had two big trees in back were most of us park our cars the strom nocked the bigest tree over on to my 1976 corvett, is he libel for damage that was done to my car, the tree was and is on his property. thank you for your help.

Well YOU should contact YOUR insurance company and let them fix your car then they will go after the landlord homeowners insurance co.

Unless the tree was rotted, there is really nothing you can do, so let the insurance companies handle it.
