Laws of states vary. In WA state, if a tenant does not pay a landlord must give a notice "3 Day Pay or Move". If you don't move the landlord can then start an eviction. This takes about 3 weeks and gets expensive for the landlord.
Finally at the very end, the last act is the Sheriff comes out to watch the landlord set your stuff off the property.

You may want to check your states landlord tenant law -- I bet they are close.

This get out or I'll throw you out stuff works for the movies -- but in real life there are laws! Read them.

UH DUH what country do you live in?

Is it Russia? China? Iran? Iraq? Cuba?

NO...its America.....and not a 3rd world dictatorship.

The landlord has to do everything in writing, and YOU as an American....have the right to defend yourself in a court of law before anyone can do anything to you.

Did you have a lease?

If he tries to throw your stuff out or lock you out , call the police and have him arrested...

NOW WHAT COUNTRY DO YOU LIVE IN?
