i am renting an apartment in tennessee in the county of shelby.
the landlord has entered my apartment without my consent and also without me even being at the apartment on three occasions.
i need to know exactly what right(s) i have in regards to the landlord entering my apartment in a "non-emergency" situation without my presence or consent. also, would this constitute a termination of the lease? any help would be greatly appreciated.

What landlord is called a trespass. You probably have statutory rights to collect just for his entry into your home without permission, in a non-emergency.

It would be great grounds for a breach. I don't think he would want housing authorities on him, so he will let you leave quietly.
