Hello
I am a tenant-I and 2 other people have rented a house together.
We all met the landlord at a meeting at the broker's office. I agreed
to be the only name listed on the lease being responsible for all payments
this was agreed upon by the landlord.

The other 2 people who were boyfriend girlfriend have broken up and she told her ex-boyfriend to move down to the basement- he has now become a big problem-he has agreed to help with the rent at a certain amount but has no intention on paying- how do we know that-well he who is an ex contractor starts fixing things and charges us money so that he doesnt have to pay- he has become violent and threatening

legally if we ask him to leave and he doesnt what can we do.
