What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MASS: HE SAYS I WILL FIND A WAY TO FOR SUING,IF I evict he will sui be cause he is broke , If I continue he will sui for harassment , I have to find a way from getting from under him

Some scummy tenants are professional manipulators who will try to find ways to squat in your apartment for 6 months or more without paying rent. Then they will move on to the next sucker landlord.

Get an experienced eviction attorney asap. You may be able to find one who charges a flat rate for the eviction. Talk with the attorney and see what els eneeds to be done to protect your interests.

If you let this drag out, it will only get worse.
