I want to sell my interest in a house. My girlfriend refuses to sell. We have 50% interest each and have been in this home for only 6 months. She hasn't contributed to to the mortgage since we have lived there. I can no longer afford the entire house payment.

You can sue for partition, How much equity is there? Or you can just let the mortgage company foreclose

You could also just sell your half of the house, if someone else is willing to be a co-owner with your girlfriend!
