there was a problem last week where my son got hit in the mouth by a neighbor for talking disrespectful to someone...Yesterday he went to the trailer park next door to visit a friend and the landlords were there on business..My son gave his opinion on their business there and said the word "ass". He did not call anyone an ass..Then he left there and came home and they followed him to our lot..There was nothing but argueing going on and the other ppl. refused to leave our lot after we asked them to many times..The other ppl. went to our landlord to complain on my son..Our landlord came to us and basically told us if anything else happened we were going out of the park? I'm just wondering if they can do that to us over something like that?

well has it ever occurred to you to READ YOUR LEASE?

It will give specific reasons for termination, one would be a nuisence charges.......

Yes your son is a foul mouth trouble maker, and YES they can TRY and evict you in court, in which case YOU will have the oppotunity to explain YOUR side to a judge.

So this is America anyone can sue anyone for any reason, and the landlord can evict you for any reason, but it doesnt mean they will WIN in court!!!!!

UNLESS YOU DON'T SHOW UP!

The landlord has a responsibility to ensure that all tenants have the quiet use of their property. Your son's behavior can be seen as harrassment by other tenants. Just ask your son to mind his own business & refrain from foul language and youshould be okay.
