Tenat claims Chapter 13

Tenant owes5 months rent. We fild for eviction. the eviction has been stayed sicne the tenant claimed bankrupcy. How can we get the tenant out? He is on a month-to-month lease. Our son woud like to move into the property. We need the money to pay the mortgage.

Talk to the BK Trustee to see what other options you have, attend the creditors meeting and object to the payment plan, demand full payment otherwise you will enforce the eviction............
