What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? fl

My tenets were just arrested for growing marijuana in my rental house. They both went to jail. They were suppose to move out on Friday July31. Do they get their security deposit back and what do I do with their belongings. They are paid through July 31.

You should follow your state's statutes with regard to their deposit...inspect, repair and re-rent.
