I own a house in NJ that I'm renting. The lease is rent to own. I called my tenants and informed them that I wanted to inspect the house (inside and out). When I arrived, they weren't around and the locks were changed. I wasn't notified and I now don't have a key to my own house. Do I have the right to demand a key? They own me $4,000 in back rent. They have a court date concerning abandoned cars. I will be filing eviction papers soon. Any tips on eviction would be a help too! Keep in mind that they have young children. Thanks!!

Thats what you get for bring a BROKE landlord.

You probably made the tenants do all the repairs too.....i see it all the time when the landlord aint got no moneeee!
