termiation of my parentasl rights

i am trying to find out what ican do about my daughter being taken from me by dhs because i have a mental illnes and got ill because my state services were cut off and i could not get my medicine but during that time i had someone else caring for my daughter but this is the person that mcalled dhs on me, i have been working with my court appointed attorney but she never responds to me and doesn't say much in court, for the past 1 1/2 yrs i have beeen stable on my meds working with q mental health facility and doing well, i have had to move from state to state because social services kept tellungg me they were going to place her with different family members but inturn did not, so me with hopes of being able to have some access to my daughter moved where they were going to place her so now because of this i have not been able to see my daughter since november 2008 due to relocating to be where they sasid they were sending her. any help would be apprieciaatedWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
