State Of Maine: Can we terminate a 3 year "Lease-To-Purchase" agreement based on the fact the tenants are getting a divorce and only wife remains in home and financially cannot follow thru with purchase of home. She has removed husband from home and husband has requested his name be removed from lease. Can we terminate lease based on husband's request?

You must follow the terms and conditions of the lease-option.
Both must agree to terminate not only one party.
