PROPERTY I OWN IN PENNSYLVANIA HASE A R.O.W. IN THE DEED BECAUSE THE NEIGHBORS PROPERTY WAS SPLIT BY RAILROAD TRACKS AND THE ONLY WAY TO THE BACK OF HIS LAND WAS OVER A RAILROAD CROSSING LOCATED ON MY PROPERTY.I MIGHT ADD THIS WAS ONCE A SINGLE PROPERTY. ITS BEEN ABOUT EIGHT YEARS NOW THAT THE TRACKS HAVE BEEN TORN UP AND THE RAILROAD EASEMENT IS GONE. THE OWNER OF THE EASEMENT SOLD THE HOME SEVERAL YEARS AGO AND THE R.O.W. IS STILL ON THE NEW DEED. HE WILL SELL IT BACK TO ME FOR SIX HUNDREAD DOLLARS. I GUESS I WILL PAY HIM BUT WHAT KIND OF FORM DO I NEED TO MAKE IT LEGAL AND HAVE IT RECORDED.

A deed should do it. There must be some standard form in your state. Ask the County Recorder of Deeds on this one.
