What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois

I recently found out that I am preg with my ex-boyfriends baby. I thought that I had miscarried back in late July early August. Turns out that I didn't. Long story short I cannot raise this child! I was wondering what do I need to do if he is willing to take full custody of this child from me? I have no money and am already raising 3 children from my marriage. I am between 27 and 29 weeks along so need to figure out something soon. Please help!

Have him established as Dad as soon as the baby is born, then you can file in court together to have Dad as sole custodian. You will probably be paying him child support.

Or, get Dad to agree and you can both give the baby up for adoption.
