If you were terminated, chances are you are not. However, you can always call your State's Wage & Hour division and ask them to be sure.
"Termination" usually/sometimes occurs because of misconduct, which means you are not necessarily entitled to any benefits you've accumulated, i.e., vacation pay.
However, if termination occurred because of downsizing, i.e., through no fault of your own, then you should be paid your accumulated actually earned vacation pay, possibly unused sick leave, etc.
