i began a group policy high deductible insurance (3,000 per family per year) 3 years ago this july. this is tied with our medical savings account. i recently received a letter from the company stating that this type of policy will be terminated effective july 1 this year. one member of this policy has payed almost the full 3,000 deductible and others have paid varying amounts towards the deductible. is this just money down the drain or do we have some legal rights to compensate for this deductible amount spent? the decuctible goes from january 1 to december 31.
