I live in a Mobile Trailer Park in Elliston, Virginia and today I received a letterin the mail telling me that he has plans for my lot and is terminating my month to month lease as of the 31st of August, 2000. I have abided by the lease and having been living on the lot since September 1, 1997 and my lot rent has been paid on time every month. I am looking to find out if there is anything that I can do to keep this from happening, as I am a single mother of 3 and one of those children is handicapped with Cerebral Palsy and moving would disrupt her living environment and all the facilities available to her in the present elementary school that she has attended for 3 years. Along with not having the money available to move. Any advise you are able to give would greatly be appreciated.

You have to move unless you can convince the owner to change his mind. Start looking for a new place now.
