My husband signed an agreement of sales contract with no specific clauses stated nor did the sellers mention in the contract any possible termite infestation damage. Recently we had a termite inspection done only to find that there was termite damage that cost about $600 to be repaired. Who is responsible for the repairs and are we still binded to the agreement of sale contract and what legal rights do we have to protect ourselves if the property gets reinfested after the purchase of the home.
