I am starting a new web-based corporation and I am curious as to what is the best (quickest) way to go about getting a terms & conditions and privacy statement for my site. I would appreciate any and all replies with some helpful info....thanks.

Go to TrustE.org and there is a prototype on the site that you build from scratch.
