Hi, I live in Ohio, and was wondering about an online companies Terms & Conditions. This company was supposed to send me an item, and charge me 14 days after receiving it, as a free trial. This was in accordance to their T&C. However, they have not shipped me anything, and have repeatedly tried to charge me before the 14 days are up. When I try to cancel the order, they read me the T&C, which state that it can't be cancelled. Is that legal for them to do? How can they break their own T&C, but still make me adhere to them? I have filed a complaint with the BBB, but should I consider legal action if they don't cancel it? Thanks for the help.
