Iam in the process of divorce. Can a new relationship be startd and what are the problems of living together before the divorce is final?

Why would you want to do this.. you are divorcing a person and already want to jump back in with someone else ?

Anyway.. A judge always has a lot of space to move in family court.. therefore you should never do anything that might make them decide against you or limit your split of assets/custody etc..
