On the order of adjudication is says that I was ajudicated of delinquent conduct but it state no penal code the only penal code is

51.03. DELINQUENT CONDUCT; CONDUCT INDICATING A NEED
FOR SUPERVISION. (a) Delinquent conduct is:
(1) conduct, other than a traffic offense, that
violates a penal law of this state or of the United States
punishable by imprisonment or by confinement in jail;

so is that the actual charge it doesnt describe anything else or could there be a mistake made on the order I was confused on everything before being adjudicated my lawyer told me not to say anything but didnt tell me why

All juvenile offenses amount to that, delinquent conduct. I've never heard of an order that doesn't either list the underlying offense or plead out its elements, but it could be mistake or maybe that is just how that county does things. In any case what you need to do is go to the appropriate clerk's office that maintains the juvenile records and get a copy of the petition which is the charging instrument. It will list the offense you were charged with. While you're at it make sure you have the complete copy of the order.

I have seen quite a number of mistakes on orders and judgments so anything is possible.
