My story:
Married Cameron in Colorado May 2013 after birth of my son. Cameron signed birth certificate even with chance baby isn't his. Fast forward November 2013 Cameron walks out. He leaves baby with me and moves in with friends and new girlfriend 45 mins away. December 2013 I move in with new boyfriend. New boyfriend steps up as dad to my son and has been since. March 2014 new boyfriend and I find out we are expecting. We also have domestic violence situation that was reported and he was arrested. Son and I end up staying with ex for couple of weeks. At court for DV, I drop charges. Boyfriend gets ordered anger management and p.o for 6 months (?) Wasn't long at all. May 2014 ex sees son for the last time to date. November 2014 new boyfriend and I have baby girl, ex refuses to sign paternity denial with me and new boyfriend. (Still have no birth certificate for her because of this) January 2016 after struggling and hurting new boyfriend both kids and i move to Texas. Ex was aware didn't fight or deny. March 2016 pregnant again, ex contacts and says he wants to see son. Nothing ever comes of it. That is the last I've heard from him. December 2016 baby girl. Thing is still married to ex. Need to get that changed, also want to get rights since he hasn't been involved and shows no interest. Son sees and know new boyfriend as dad. Doesn't know different. New boyfriend wants to adopt son, I'm for that. There is NO court paperwork ever filed. How do I start?
