i wrote the question "eviction in texas" i have a question regarding sps. i got two elec. poles on my property, one for each trailer. i called sps to disconect elec. on my daughters trailer since she's not staying there and her friends have been living of my elec. account. i asked sps to shut of elec. there and not have it turned on without my permission. they told my under law they cant refuse elec. to any one even if they are living there without my permission. i was wondering if that is true since the poles are on my property. can i have sps remove the pole or what can i do ?

NO you cannot turn off anyones electricty while they are living there.....PERIOD!

But considering you are a DUMB ASSS REDNECK FROM TEXAS ....should we expect anything more from you?

YOU will have to give them a notice to vacate say 3 days then will have to start eviction proceedings in court...

Remember....this is THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and NOT some communist 3rd world dictatorship!

SO even REDNECKS have to abide by the laws in this country by evciting them IN A COURT OF LAW.

Does that make it clearer?

YOU could be ARRESTED if you ever shut off utilities to a tenant, or lock their doors or throw their stuff out....

Thats what REDNECKS do......not law abiding Americans!

YOU can do all of the above ONLY with a sherrif or marshal and an eviction order signed by a Judge.

SO stop thinking like a REDNECK...and acting like an American!

whats your problem,calling me a redneck! im from califorina .my husband was born here in texas,who is also very american,air force,,for 19 years,westpoint grad. with honours,speical forces,andsince more combat then most 90% of the entire enlisted armed forces combined,and very southern babtist,i appreciate your imput greatly. and i bet you wouldn't call him a redneck or unamerican . .remember for every action theirs a reaction, maybe thats why your profile depicts you won''t acepted any e-mail and please do not ansewer any more of my questions their should be a code of ethics about your disrespect your lucky my ol'man didn't ask these questions,

Then spend the money and hire a lawyer and evict them....and get a judgment against them and maybe you will collect someday on what they owe......

That is the proper way to get rid of them.....

PS.. I am ashamed of your husband for not knowing any better about The GOOD OLE US of A, with all that education.

I am not a lawyer, but I have had lots of experience with REDNECKS in my lifetime..

And this is how they THINK!....they act like communist dictators over their property, instead of businessmen.

And part of being a professional landlord is to do things LEGALLY!, and PAYING for a lawyer to evict a bad tenant.

And then when you have a signed judgment you get the marshall or sherriff, to remove them from the trailer and all their posessions...

THEN you can cut off the electric water and change the locks LEGALLY!

BUT REDNECKS are BRED into this lifestyle, of scummy behavior. YES the tenant is stealing from you, but you are thinking of CRIMINALLY harassing the tenant.

It works both ways!

So quit wasting time with me ...go right now and get the Yellow pages look for a landlord tenant lawyer and start calling and see if you can make an appointment with one .......TODAY!

They can sue you if you do anything REDNECK like lock them out etc. thorw their stuff out. shut off the water or electric...

EVERYONE even rednecks, and scummy tenants are ENTITLED by virute of being an AMERICAN their day in court.

This is why you spent 19 years in the military to protect the rights of everybody!

dj1,you really do need to get help. Anyone that has such hate that they can not control it needs help as soon as they can get it.You were ask a question.Your opinion of the person asking it was was uncalled for.Hope you are not going to be dealing with the outside world as part of making your living. If you really DID understand what i am saying..

My point is The VAST majority of REDNECKS are NOT very BRIGHT when it comes to what the United States of America stands for.

And a lot of the REDNECKS have NO regard for our legal system Which makes tham Traitors to our country!

My job is to educate, infuriate and to make sure you all Rednecks understand that you can not be a dictator, and treat people in such a disgusting manner and think you can get away with it.

You have only proven more so how bad you need help.I feel sorry for you.Life is too short to carry such hate for anybody.There are people all over the world that do not treat others fair.
Tell me,what kind of people do you think the people are that are not paying for the comfort they have? Is it right for hard working people to pay bills for lazy, selfish,people? Would you pay their bills?let them live off of you.

D1j, just have to ask you a few questions, as you left yourself wide open. Your definition of a redneck is someone who does not abide by the laws, right? Okay, then would that make some of our political leaders, some professionals in the law field, drug dealers, drug lords, etc. rednecks? I think you are somewhat confused in the categorization of certain "groups" in our society. Being poor and uneducated does not automatically put a person in the category of being a redneck. You ever heard of disadvantaged? Probably not, huh? Well, you are a sad, lonely person, hiding behind a web site to attack people who you feel are, lets say, below you. Why not try and answer questions with more thought before you answer them? You are in need of help. You need to seek help, maybe anger management might help.
