What is the name of your state? AK

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has answered my questions and given me advice. Most importantly I would like to extend my gratitude to LdiJ for your graciousness in answering my inquiries.

I have searched the forum for particular issues and from reading through numerous posts from LdiJ, CJane, OhioGal, Ginny J, etc... I feel much better about where I stand. I'm again firm in my belief all this paperwork is a stall tactic to avoid the initial issue of an increase in support. But I feel much better knowing I have done nothing to alienate my kids from their father; nor have I done anything that meets the criteria for withholding visitation.

I am meeting with a local atty tomorrow to review all documents I've received and submitted. Hopefully she will tell me the same thing I was told prior to the recent paperwork I received; not to sweat it and to let my ex and his atty continue to make fools of themselves.

Again thank you so much for all the insight (as well as some great laughter) everyone has given with their posts.

Not sure I did the appropriate thing but I did post a new thread with questions I have from meeting with the atty today. Thanks in advance for your understanding.
