A little while back, I made a post called: "Illegal trespassing charge, but why"?
Of all the people who attempted to hassle me about my post, Senior Member CDWJAVA (Nor Cal Sargeant) provided me with the correct application of the law in order for me to win my Penal Code 1538.5 suppression of evidence hearing.
