Beth, thanks for the advice on contacting the Federal Labor Board regarding a 401k my former employer was refusing to transfer. They got me the money in less than one week. They're also going after severance that my employment contract provided for. I would not have known this department existed without your advice. They are awesome and fast. I consulted with two attorneys and neither one even mentioned going to the feds.
