Hey all...Just wanted to say thanks for all of the help with my case. After screwing up big-time and then having minimal P.T. for the last year and a half, I finally regained custody of my daughter!!

The judge decided that my ex was hurting my daughter emotionally by trying to replace me with her step-mom, so I am back to being the primary custodian!! Woo-hoo!!

So thanks again for all of your advice (even some that I didn't want to hear). It all added to the success of my case!

Congrats. Learn from your mistakes, his mistakes and put your daughter first. Get over the pettiness and make sure that your daughter has a relationship with all those who love her -- regardless of your feelings.

And it's always helpful for posters to hear how very very detrimental step-parents can be when they over involve themselves in custody.
