so now that u know and had read everything i am wondering if they have a case or what.i am curious since they poured stuff down our drain and in our yard.and we was never taken in to custody we havent heard from them at all. they had told us that the grand jury we on jan 19th well nothing happen. so can you get me some advise if we should call and find out or sit back and wait.

What did they pour down your drain and into your yard?

They probably have a couple of years within which to file charges.

they poured idoine in the yard and the other chems down our drain. i do have the pic of what they poured outside in the yard.

i guess what iam wondering is what kind of time am i looking at since we have never been in trouble. also since the guy that turn i was trying to turn in he has been in and out of jail 2 times with in 3 days from when this had taken place we had told the officer that he had felony charges on him at the time when this went down. so how can they use him as a witness

yes sir i know we had everything in our house but we had 3 witness that was going to go with us to turn him in with his lab and everything including his reciepe.all three of our witness has something to do with the police department.
but he got mad when we wouldnt let him have it. so he called and said it was ours
