Dear Legal,

I have a California judgment that is dated back 02/20/96 for $3367.91. The defendant filed a notice of motion for time payment of judgment on 04/08/96. He stared payments as of 07/??/96 the last payment was made on 08/20/97 for a total of $1300.00. He did not finish the payment schedule and has skipped on the plaintiff. My question is can I still collect the whole judgment for $3367.91 + 10% per year ? or is there an adjustment that is calculated? or can I file a claim like this motion did not exist? Please let me Know how to proceed.
