What is the name of your state?Ca.
Some of you may have read or even posted a reply to my recent thread titled
"This Guy Needs To Pay"..Well I recieved some decent feedback I believe.
As I started to follow some advice about contacting a local Attorney to consult my case with,, I learned that its easier said than done.
My point is this,,, I have contacted 4 different county and private state approved Referal Services.
One told me that they had nobody that specialized in Tort Law/Defamation.
I asked why and was told that defamation is soo hard to prove that nobody wants the cases.
Another agency just flat said none available in my kocal area.
I sent an e-mail to a 3rd.. no responce as of today.
A 4th agency gave me a referal but it is 50 miles in the wrong direction.
I believe that this guy totally did me wrong and my case is seemingly a no brainer...for he put it all in the police report and in a letter to my customer.
I can hear the gavel slamming now. But this is just my opinion...
I live in an area that would have to have at least 10,000 lawyers within the 75 mile radius. Is this type of case really so rare as to leave such a void in this field?...Your thoughts please....
Thank You
