married in vegas but divorce isn't done yet

What is the name of your state? Arizona

My divorce is almost complete in Arizona, scheduled for trial in less than a month, but a couple months back my fiance and I got a little crazy in Vegas and got married. To not make matters worse with my divorce I didn't file any annulment paperwork so the courts wouldn't find out and come after me. Once my divorce is finished, will the marriage from Vegas be legal?

Question - Can I file statutory rape charges even though we were married?

Serious Help on some serious charges

aight for a week me and my niggz been robbin liquor and games from lcbo and staples 1 day the cops stopped us and found the games on us and got the video tapes and saw us on camera

each of us stole like 15 games or w/e i never got booked with them on me i hid them and got them back after i got released and got rid of them. They have no proof of me stealing games but they still including me in the charge with all of my other friends

possesion of stolen items, and theft

i told a lie about how i was chilling @ the bus stop while my friends walked on sidewalk straight and i ne veer seen them or known what they have done and later on they checked the staples camera and booked i was there and that ruined my story but my friend heard my story and said the exact same thing. he fessed up and said he did the thefts but i stiked with my story. later on i asked my officer if what i tell her is completely confidential between me and her and she said yes i told her they caught 4 of us but theyre was a 5th and also gave up the name my question when i get the disclosure will that be included in it in my statement? and the cops found out alot of **** and booked us all lying do we get charged for giving false statements? and what should i do cause my officer said i cant straighten up my story anymore do i plead guilty or innocent eventhough they got camera's set on me?

and what is this extrajudicial sanction thing i'm hearing about?

I live in Ohio, my son, age 15 and his girlfriend, age 14 just found out they r gonna have a baby. They wanna keep it but her parents say she has to have an abortion. pepper spray

I gave my mom pepper spray this year for christmas and there was a defect in the lock that keeps the head from pushing down.I tried to push it into the leather case that came with it and my whole family got gassed out of the house ON CHRISTMAS!!! My girlfriend and i both got it in the face my 87 year old grandma and 4 year old daughter also felt it to the point of gasping and chokeing. There were no long term injuries. What should i do? What can i do? should i contact the company who made the product or a attorney?

Happened in the state of Florida, in Clay county. My parents are originally from Hillsborough county.

My parents have been living in SC for the past 13 months in their RV and were coming home Christmas eve. My dad was in their RV and my mom was following him in their truck. My dad was pulled over because the recent sticker on their tag had fallen off and the state trooper thought it had expired. When he pulled my dad over, my mom pulled over also to see what was going on.

The officer ran the tag and saw that it wasn't expired. He then ran my dads background and my moms background. My dad is a convicted felon, he was a bad guy when he was younger, fought cops and things like that. My mom dealt marijuana about 5-6 years ago and was arrested twice for it. The cop wrote a warning on the tag and then said that he wanted to search the vehicles. My dad objected for well over an hour and finally let him go ahead and search my moms truck, and the cop found nothing except my moms pistol. He then started harassing my dad into getting him to search the RV. My dad objected to that for awhile also, and the cop just kept going at him, coercing him into it. Finally, my dad said, "If I don't let you, you're going to get a dog anyway right?" The cop shrugged and my dad basically told him, "If I have no other choice, go for it." He then admitted that he had under 2oz of weed and a rifle in the RV.

My friend Alexia just had her 14th birthday. Her parents had divorced when she was 10, and her dad moved to California. Ever since then, Alexia has been receiving things from her dad such as porn movies and porn magazines. Now, usually when a girl has her 14th birthday she gets a phone or cool clothes, but my friend Alexia got a vibrater. (I don't know if I'm posting this in the right area.) I ran across a very offensive product in a grocery store. Basically, it was a beverage with a cartoon picture of a very dark-skinned black girl with big, bright pink lips eating watermelon on the front of it. Everyone, (different races) I showed this too thought it was appalling as well. My question is 1.) How do I go about suing the company for this blatantly racist lablel?

I met someone who is willing to help me find a connection to buy an illegal substance. We are both not sure if the other is an undercover cop. This person had the idea that if we both do some of the drug together, that would determine that we are both not cops. I need to know if this is true.

I need to know specifically what an undercover cop can and cannot do.
What circumstances would prove to be entrapment.

If we buy after being under the influence of a drug we both did together, that was provided by this person, could I still be charged with something.

Serving a very long time

My fiance is in the process of serving alot of time. He was convicted in 1997 for 4 different counts of rape, 1 felionous assault, 1 drug trafficking, and 1 robbery. When the judge sentenced him he gave him seperate sentences for each count. Total minimiums and maximiums his sentence is 90 to 155 years because the judge said he had to serve them consecutively. He recently found out that the judge has since passed on and he wanted to apply for a modification to his sentence to run them concurrent. He was told the State of Ohio doesn't do modification anymore. Is this true? Also is there anything called inhumane sentencing? I mean really who could serve all that time in there life. One last question is I want to know if I can get a hold of a copy of the court case. He told me there was no evidence of the rape but because he admitted he beat the female involved up the judge slapped him with the rape charges also.

Unlawful Use Of A Weapon

My daughter has been charged with "Unlawful use of a weapon" A little background here:
A man had drugged her and had sex with her. Several days later he told her he didn't know how much he cared for her until "we made love at your house". My daughter went to DA and reported this. They dropped the charges because of "Lack of evidence. My daughter had woke up the next day and found herself naked. She got up and took a shower, where she noticed soreness in her female area.
My daughter then went and filed an exporte against the neighbor.
My daughter and I had spoken on the phone several times, and she mentioned that she should burn his house down. I told her she could not do this. She agreed but said, "but I feel like it". Later the sane day a police officer shows up at her home and says the man had called and reported she was going to burn his house down, and had a recording of the threat. The police told her not to burn him down, and that he had gotten another call and had to go. My daughter then called 911 and asked for an officer to come. When they did, she told them that she thought her phone was tapped. They went to the neighbor and he showed them his tape of several conversations between my daughter and myself. Knowing about the exporte, they arrested him for 121 hrs. and he came home the next day.
My daughter called the phone company the next day and a technition came out and checked her lines. He showed her where her lines were "tampered with. A witness heard the technition tell her the line had been tampered with. This witness is an employee of the mobil home park where she and the offender both live.
My daughter called the DA and was told the case was also dropped because of "lack of evidence". The man doing the taping had told the police he picked up the conversations over a police scanner. So that made it a he said she said situation.
My daughter's boyfriend then received a telephone call from the offenders girlfriend stating that she was going to kick my daughter's ass. My daughter's boyfriend then called my daughter and told her about this call and told her that she should come home. (they live together). When she arrived home the neighbor's girlfriend ran out of the neighbor's home and ran out into the street asking "are you ready for you ass kicking? My daughter said "yes, bring it on" and grabbed her pistol from under the seat of her car and the shells from the glove compartment. The lady saw the gun and ran back into the neighbor's house, with my daughter following her. My daughter banged on the door asking her to come out when the gun went off.
What is the worst that can happen here. And where is the justice here for my daughter?

Can the mom still get me? I started a sexual affair with my ex daughter in law's best friend (they were 16) Her mother found out and told me to stop.

I was let out on bond and continued seeing the girl. The mom found proof what room I took her to at a motel and the cops got he registration and picture of me signing in. She's got the porn and vodka bottles. She also got the cell phone I gave the girl when she was in rehab. As it turns out...the cops lost the tapes of our conversations and the bond didn;t state I couldn;t see the girl even though it should have. Can the mom still get me for any of these charges if my ex daughter in law talks now? My attorney told me to marry the girl so she can't testify - I did. Have I covered all my bases?

Brass knuckles in airport

My daughter was arrested in Texas at the airport for having brass knuckles in her purse, a Class 3 felony. She was let out on bond and her trial date is 3-17-05. She lives in Arizona and wants to change the court date. How does she do this and what are the chances that the charges will stick? (Carrying a concealed weapon.) The officers said the charge will most likely be dropped. She did not know it was a crime to have brass knuckles as apparently in Arizona it is not against the law to have them.

My lawyer and I had cybersex

I'm a typical American soccermom, in my 30's, been married for over a decade, and have two children. My situation is a little odd. I had a lawyer who representated me in a wrongful termination/sexual harassment case. I had been terminated for "poor professional boundaries". I actually had been sexually assaulted at work. I ended up getting a settlement in that case.

Within weeks of our professional relationship ending, my former attorney and I began to engage in graphic sexual correspondence over the Internet that lasted for months. This situation ended really badly with extreme hostility and our spouses finding out about everything.

I'm not downplaying my part in this. I was definitely an active participant, but do feel as though my former attorney was unprofessional and unethical to reciprocate by playing along and encouraging me. He was well aware of the emotional dependence I had on him at the time, and I think he took advantage of that and exploited my issues for his own benefit.

I'm in need of some advice, and am interested in knowing what others think of this situation. I'm not thinking about filing any type of civil suit or anything, but am seriously considering filing a complaint with the State Bar Association. Any thoughts or opinions on this situation??

Help!! How do I file a civil law suit in California?

I truly need help in how to file a civil law suit

This is my situation

I had a romantic interest in a coworker
She chose another person and I quit the job because of that
3 weeks later she contacts me
She was pregnant, left alone, and had lost her job
Since the beginning I had mentioned to her I was romantically interested in her, and that I had opened arms for her and I would accept the child and marry her

She told me to give her sometime and let her heal
I then realized she needed money, and supported her financially for 5 months
Then now she is leaving california, tells me I should not contact ever again, etc (going back to her former state).

I want to file a law suit for all the money I spent on her
It brought my finances down, since we did not live together and it was multiple expenses

I want to file to for deception.
Why? Because now she says she had a live in boyfriend and that she used me just to get money(which I think is a lie).

Even if I don't get any money back, I still want to file the suit to teach her a lesson not to play with people's feelings and money

They are telling me that legally I must attend all the sessions because she is a minor, even though she is married. Is this correct? I'm not sure if I need legal advice or a good kick in the head. But then I already got the kick and I continued making bad decisions.

I am an US citizen and I married a girl to help her obtain citizenship. She has been living here illegally for about 8 years. I've known her since 2003 and it's been a challenge each day. Last year in June we did a confidential marriage at the immigration lawyer's office. She just obtained her work authorization card last month and I received a note saying she is eligible to apply for a SSN now (in response to a tax filing question).

I am still paying the lawyer in installments. I paid her rent the whole time I've known her; she doesn't want to live together. I bought her a car that I am still making payments on (she wanted it even though she has a DUI and no license); since meeting her I have gone from no debt and good credit to borrowing heavily and missing payments.

Yesterday morning I think I was finally ready to read the writing on the wall when I found a condom wrapper. So now I think I need a divorce lawyer and not an immigration lawyer.

I don't know what I'm supposed to do.

I was on probation in Hamilton county and was incarcerated because I failed a drug test. I ended up serving my time. While I was in jail in Hamilton co. I was supposed to appear in court in Johnson City TN. I wasn't able to appear because I was in jail in another county. Can I still be charged with a failure to appear?

I am midway through an 8 year license revocation. I understand there are attorneys who specialize in driver's license restoration. How do I find one of these and would it do me any good? KY DUI, control of vehicle defined

Kentucky... My son was arrested for sitting in the driver's seat, engine off, keys in his pant's pocket. Drinking with friends at local bar, buddy drove him to a friends house.. Sitting in car with friend smoking... Did not drive car.. Elderly neighbor call police because they were not familiar with my son's car. Police smelled marijuana, called for drug dogs, no drugs.. arrested son for DUI, son refused test... Buddy arrested for public intoxication. First offense .. son is 22. Any thoughts on "having control of vehicle"?? Vehicle was in shop that morning and it was determined that it was not safe to drive because the side walls of the tires were defective. Police observed all the tires in the back seat of the car... Help !!!

While driving home from a bar at 10:30PM after having 3 beers, I took a turn a little too fast in the rain on a country road and slid completely off the road and was stuck in the mud. I damaged a reflector sign on the side of the road and no other vehicles were involved.
A kindly passerby stopped and gave me a ride and I arrived home at 10:45PM. I decided to call a friend in the morning to help me to retrieve my truck. I proceeded to continue drinking at home an additional 8 beers during the next 2 hours. At 12:45AM my girlfriend drove me back to my vehicle to retrieve my wallet. At this time, numerous wrecker drivers were there to tow my truck and informed me that the state troopers were on there way to the scene. Due to my enebriated condition at this time I decided it was in my best interest to go home. I drank 4 more beers and went to sleep. At 1:45AM the state troopers arrived at my house. I opened the door and they asked me to step outside, and I agreed. At this time they arrested me for "fail stop & render aid". I was taken to jail and agreed to take a sobriety test which I failed miserably, but refused to take a breath test. I was then charged with dwi.
Given all the above, what are my chances of getting this charge dismissed due to their lack of evidence against me?

So my wife was browsing some Japanese porn site. She clicks on a picture on the front page, all of the sudden she is taken to a page that says this website has our computers I.P. number, and she had joined the site, So if we don't pay the membership fee within two days they'll send a collection agency against us. Thing is, the site is 48,000 yen, or about $480 american, for 180 days. It said on the site in small print on the top that if you clicked on an image you were consenting to joining the site. I want to refuse to pay, but my wife is still awaiting her green card and doesn't want to get into any legal trouble, especially with her home country. Is there anything I can do ?

Slander In The Workplace

What right does a coworker have to label another coworker as being boring?; whereas, now other coworkers don't want to work with or around me. My character has been defamed so bad, that coworkers I've never seen before nor worked around or with seem to know or think I'm boring. It seems as if everyone wants to know where I'll be working or what shift, so that they can avoid me. It's also to the point whereas I don't have any friends at work. No one has time for me, even though I still try to extend myself and be friendly; but, some days I dread going to work. I'm so tired of seeing all the eyes rolling,and hearing all the smart remarks of it being a long boring day, insinuating that I'm boring. I'd like to know if this is considered slander?, and if so, what should I do to resolve this problem?

I have one quick question. Suppose one guy murdered his wife due to adultry, how the other one who participated in sex with the lady will be effected? Is he also part of the crime? or nothing will happen to him even though he has sex with other's wife? Please let me know.
