this is a continuation of the situation that continues to go and go

the ncp mother has filed for custody modification
this is the same mother who on july 18, 2005 took son from his middle school without change in custody order.. now what will the courts do? will they grant custody to mother who has not allowed the son to come and stay the weekends that he was supposed to be here, also a mother who took the son from the middle school without the courts knowing this, what are the chances of the courts giving the son to her for good.

my children have asked why does this continue to go on every summer? please give any suggestions

First I haven't read your other posts, but any parent who continually spits in the Judges face and doing things against the Court order is just that usually builds up and up and can cause a real problem with her asking for more.

Be able to show that you follow every Court Order and stick to your guns. When she took the child was it against a Court Order (I know you probably already stated this) but if it was file contempt.

No one can tell you what a judge will do but follow the order and taht will help the judge see that you are the responsible parent (trust me it ook us years to show this to our judge but he sees it now)

ncp mother files petition to modify custody order

my husband has the court order that was granted last july stating that son is to be with him during the school year, ncp mother takes son from his middle school and enrolls him in another school without notifying father of this change. son was supposed to call father on his bd son never did, son is supposed to be with his father every other weekend, has only spent one weekend this summer with his father
the mother consistently goes against custody orders,,
father is wishing or wanting to have mother locked up for this..
father will go and get son with the present custody order in hand,
god help this bi..ch
and the son is going to need some heavy counseling,,
